Refund Policy: DiDio Media Academy

We stand behind the Academy with a 60-day, action-based money-back guarantee.

Because the Academy is a digital program, our guarantee is tied to doing the work, not just watching. If, within 60 days of your purchase, you have gone through the first track and genuinely applied it to your channel or ministry and it hasn't helped, email us at contact@didiomedia.org with a brief note on what you tried. We'll refund your payment in full.

We ask that you show you did the work (completed the first track and put it into practice) so we can make the guarantee fair to everyone. Refund requests made after 60 days, or without having gone through the material, fall outside this guarantee.

When a refund is issued, access to the member area ends and the licence to use the downloaded material ends with it.

Digital downloads, including the book Occupy the Algorithm, are final sale and are not refundable. The 60-day guarantee applies to the Academy only.

Charged twice by mistake? If the same order goes through more than once, we'll refund the extra charge. Just reply to your order email.

Everything we sell is digital. Nothing ships, so there are no returns, shipping charges or restocking fees to worry about.
