Evan DiDio has spent almost a decade in the media space and his whole life in ministry. He serves as the media director for Revival Nation, Bishop Alan DiDio's ministry, where a team working out of a small room in North Carolina grew the YouTube channel past 550,000 subscribers. He held the same seat when the ministry was known as Encounter Today, and built the media operation through that growth from the inside.
Along the way he has worked with more than 750 ministries, one on one and from the platform, coaching pastors and volunteers on YouTube strategy, livestream production, titles and thumbnails, retention, copyright for worship broadcasts, and building media teams out of the people already in the pews.
He founded DiDio Media to turn that coaching into a system anyone can run: the DiDio Media Academy, a lifetime training program for Christian creators and church media teams, plus free diagnostic tools, free resources, and a weekly blog. He is the author of Occupy the Algorithm: The Church's Guide to Getting Found, Growing, and Reaching the Lost on YouTube, and teaches the same material live from conference platforms.
The mission behind all of it: train 1,000 Christians to reach 1,000,000 people a month.
